1. What SharingSG does

SharingSG helps people discover shared subscription groups, request seats, manage members, send reminders, and track offline payment status. SharingSG is a coordination tool only.

2. Payments happen off-platform

SharingSG does not process, hold, escrow, guarantee, refund, or mediate payments. Hosts and members are responsible for arranging payment methods, timing, receipts, refunds, and disputes directly with each other.

3. Subscription rules are your responsibility

Hosts and members must follow the terms, sharing rules, household rules, regional restrictions, and acceptable-use policies of each subscription service they use. SharingSG does not endorse violating any third-party service terms.

4. Hosts control their groups

Hosts decide who may join, what information to share, when payment is due, and whether to remove members. Hosts are responsible for keeping shared account access secure and accurate.

5. Member responsibilities

Members should provide accurate information, pay hosts as agreed, respect shared access, avoid changing account settings without permission, and leave a group if they can no longer participate.

6. No guarantees

SharingSG may show prices, suggested seat costs, reminders, availability, or Singapore reference pricing, but these are informational only. We do not guarantee savings, uninterrupted access, host reliability, member payment, or subscription availability.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use SharingSG for fraud, spam, harassment, illegal activity, credential theft, resale schemes, misleading listings, or activity that harms other users or third-party services.

8. Changes and availability

SharingSG is free. Features, availability, limits, reminders, and policies may change over time. Optional donations never unlock extra access unless explicitly stated in a policy update.
